Galveston by nic pizzolatto5/29/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() Given how popular the author’s TV show seems to be (based on my Twitter timeline) I find it somewhat surprising the publisher hasn’t accordingly jacked up the price. ![]() I figured out a major plot twist about one-third through and have some quibbles with other plot points, but I really enjoyed reading Galveston over the course of a rainy weekend. I have not seen the show myself, but a TV critic whose column I read highly recommended Galveston so I decided to check it out.
